Easy Care
This unique system consists of three trays:
- Outer tray: Made of hard plastic
- Water reservoir: Ensures optimal water management.
- Inner tray: Keeps the bonsai firmly in place.
Instructions: Take the trays apart to better understand the system. Fill the water reservoir (middle tray) with 1–2 cm of water and then place the inner tray inside it. The water meter indicates whether the bonsai has enough water. Is the meter not working? Then add more water.

No, caring for a bonsai doesn't have to be difficult, especially with the care guide you receive for free with your order. On our website, you will also find a wealth of information. Still have questions? Don't worry, we are always ready to answer questions, even long after your purchase!
Note: You will not receive the exact same bonsai as shown in the photo. You will receive a specimen with: the same age, height, pot, saucer (if shown in the product photo), and shape. Because every bonsai is unique, it is unfortunately not possible to display a separate photo of each tree on the website. Would you still like to see exactly which bonsai you will receive? Feel free to request a photo. We will send it to you before packing.
No, we strongly advise against placing an outdoor bonsai indoors. An outdoor bonsai requires different seasons. Indoors, it does not have these, which will cause it to die after a few months. You can always try, but we no longer provide a guarantee in that case.
